Probleme mit Import/Export von CSV

Was mich an der Testversion so gefallen hat (import von CSV-Datei) funktioniert anscheinend mit der registrierten Version nicht!!! Selbst der Export von eingegebenen Kontakten endet mit der Fehlermeldung "Unexpectet Error - Please contact the Support"

Brauche dieses Programm dringend funktionstüchtig!!!
