Command-line not working until SMS-It GUI opened

Hello,

We are using the command-line version and a batch file. The SMS messages are queued in the Outbox and not sent until someone logs in to the server and opens SMS-It. How can we get SMS messages to send immediately from the command-line without someone having to login to the server?
