I am trying to use sms-it with a cable connection to a com2 port. I use a nokia 8210. Sms-it! cannot locate the phone to import data from it. I am not setting up the com2 with baud rates etc. I am using Win ME. The port seems to be ok as I can connect a Lap link cable to it. Can you tell me how to set up com2 so that SMS-IT will connect to a phone?
