Registrierung für SMS-Dienst

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich habe letzte Woche versucht mich unter dem Benutzername "OC-Heisterholz" und der Mobilfunknummer +491719915454 für den SMS-Dienst zu registrieren. Leider habe ich dazu keine SMS mit dem persönlichen Passwort bekommen.
Bei einem erneuten Registrierungsversuch bekomme ich die Meldung, dass sowohl der Benutzername als auch die Mobilfunknummer bereits registriert sind.

Ich bitte um Rückmeldung.
