Transfer SMS-Credits auf einen anderen Rechner

Hallo,

ich habe einen Block von 1000 SMS gekauft und muss diesen auf einen anderen Rechner zur Nutzung mit SMS-IT übertragen. Das gelingt nicht, ich bekomme immer die Fehlermeldung "The provided E-Mail address does not match the order number. Please press the back button of your browser to go back and check your input."
Die angebene E-Mail und die Order-Number ist aber korrekt.
Was läuft da falsch
