Das sieht dann aber ganz nach einem Problem mit den Rechten auf Ihrem PC aus.
Wenn SMS-it keine Berechtigung hat in den Installationspfad zu schreiben, kann es nicht richtig funktionieren.
Können Sie mal versuchen SMS-it in Ihrem Desktop Folder zu installieren. Der heisst bei Ihnen wahrscheinlich C:\Users\IhrName\Desktop oder ähnlich. Hier sollten Sie alle Rechte haben und damit das Problem eingrenzen können.
Allenfalls können Sie auch versuchen das Programm mit Admin Rechten zu installieren.
