Fehler bei der Validierung

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich habe eine Lizenz von SMS-it erworben und wollte diese nun validieren. Ich habe die Validierung gestartet, sowohl über das Internet probiert, als auch an einem separaten PC mit Browserrückmeldung, jedoch bricht die Validierung mit einem unerwarteten Fehler ab, der mich bittet, den Support zu kontaktieren.
Die Lizenz ist auf die E-Mail Adresse b.peter@trisec.de registriert.
