Sending SMS no more possible next day

Yesterday I did sent more than 150 SMSs with my MTCBA-G2-U via command line. Today even the "TR"-LED does not flash up when I try to send a SMS. I can go to window "Messages" an use button "Import messages" and a lot of AT-commands come up the "Terminal" window and the "TR"-LED flashes several times. Sending neither works in the Gui nor on CMD line. No message on the Gui / no error level on CMD line.
