Dear Support,

I don't think the modem needs a hard reset. Always when I use the function "Import messages" ...



... a lot of "AT - commands" with answers from the modem are shown in the display.



Additionally the flashing "Terminal-Ready - Signal" (TR-LED) is also signalizing some active communication between computer and modem.


When I try to send a new SMS the TR-LED doesn't flash, even not one single time. It looks like no AT - command has been sent to the modem, just like SMS-IT does not like to send any further SMS.
=> I think I will try to install the software again on another computer.

If you have any further idea, thanks for let me know.
