No offence... :-)
Have you downloaded and installed into a different directory (IE C:\SMS-it2) a new version of SMS-it?
Then use this new version (before copying any files) and try to send a SMS via TELSTRA. Does this work?
If not, how and when does the computer "freeze"? On start-up or during sending? What is displayed on the screen?
