Nokia 6310i, messages are sent but status shows failed

Hi,

I have instaled your product SMS-it on W2k SP3, direct connection over
original seraial cable with Nokia 6310i. The SMS is succesfuly send, but
the SMS is saved in failed messages with status "failed" and receipt "SMS
service does not accept message => Direct to COM2". What is wrong?
