Cannot send sms

Dear Sir

Each time I try to send a sms or flash sms I have the follwing message "NO CARRIER"

I use a SonyErcisson P800 as external modem. It is fully working when I try to phone through my pc... Is there something wrong with the configuration of sms.it ?
