LogoManager works, but SMS-it not

Dear sir or Madam
My name is Le Hinh, I from Vietnam, I am a student, I'm interesting to
SMS-it Program,
I thing with this program, I can discovered many many wonderful things from
my phone (my phone is NOKIA 8250) .
I download SMS - it (from simtel.net) and install to PC, I connected my
phone with PC via a cable (NOKIA supported ). This cable have a switch which
It allow chose 1 in 2 mode: F BUS and M BUS. I thing the connected is right
(if I run LogoManager, It will be OK, It can read data from my phone ). But
after I set up SMS-it, I does not work !!! . At terminal screen, I recerved
a message like this:

[2003/05/03 10:01:10.560] Command {AT+CGMI=?,OK,,,4000}
[2003/05/03 10:01:14.890] Timeout error {AT+CGMI=?,OK,,,4000}
[2003/05/03 10:01:14.890] There is no compatible mobile phone connected
to the COM port

(I connected on COM2 and set up at 9600Bps)

Please help my how to using your program with my phone: I tryed with
HyperTerminal, but no thing appear on terminal screen

Of cource, if I test it is successful with my phone, I 'll buy it because it
only $ 19
