The problem is that the UCP server does not accept the "+", hence we have to replace it with "00".
(Normally the UCP server would expect only the local format 070xxxxxxx).
This behaviour is by design and only for sending through UCP servers.
If you need to define a specific Sender ID, you may use an internet SMSC. This allows you to define any string (IE "JACKY") as Sender ID and it will be displayes as such on the recipients phone.
