abnormal prgram termination

After upgrading from 3.0.8 to 3.1.1 using the command line interface for sending sms this resluts in an error message, which you have to click OK in order to proceed, not a very handy solution when this should work stand-alone.
Does anyone have similar probems and perhaps a fix for it ?
