Well it seems that the system is able to place a call (Carrier is
detected),
therefore the modem settings seem to be correct.
SMS-it uses the default Windows setting for your modem, hence if you are
unsure it may be worth the while to re-configure a new modem as "Standard
Modem" and point it to your COM port where the modem is attached to, then
select this modem in SMS-it.
I guess the problem is just that Telia does not accept the submitted
message. Can you try to resend the message but use the national numbering
format instead.
IE 0703412684 vs 0046703412684
