app_id for CLickatell

Good Afternoon

I have just downloaded SMS-it v3 and registered with Clickatell. When I configure it I get to your section which reads "For Clickatell please add the app_id before the username in the format 111222&user=YourUserName ". I am not sure what this means. Can you explain further and possibly give an example? What is the app_id, is this a code I get from clickatell or do or leave the default 112233 etc.
