First thank you for your answer.
To be sure that Tunisan SMSC does not support Dial up, I would ask about modulation.
Am I supposed to configure the modulation when using SMS-IT with the USRobotics SPortster MessagePlus? which type of modulation I should use : Standard modulation or V23 ?? (Did SMS IT use windows Configuartion of the modem)
Because I heared that someone arrived to achieve the experience, with Tunisian SMSC but I have no other information about this.
