I think, you don't need the mobile phone.
The difference is only codec of SMS and phone book.
UCS-2 codec is used in most phone supporting Chinese, Korean, Japanese and other languages.
UCS-2 is something like UNICODE.
If SMS-it supports UCS-2 and other popular codecs, its customers will grow large.
