sms-it doesn't work

i live in Egypt but sms-it doesn't send any msg's
because i don't know the central of egypt in all centrals attached to the program,
so please tell me what's the central name or number or anything
& if u told me it,will i put the no. of the mobile phone 010,012 or 2010,2012 or 002010,002012
