How do I send rintones (mono) to my cell phone from the internet. I have been trying all kinds of things and I am not getting anywhere. I live in the Caribbean (Trinidad)West Indies. We only have one telephone service which is TSTT (Telecommunications of Trinidad and Tobago). The only place I found TSTT is on this website cellringtones.com

I need to know what kind of format my cell phone will take etc.
