I am not realy sure how to help you...
Through SMS-it you can send RTTTL formated ringtones to your Nokia, without going through the internet. Just search the net for RTTTL and you'll find plenty of ringtones.
If you want to use a website for downloading ringtones, then you need to follow the respective instructions on the web site.
