Hi

The compatibility chart shows which Nokia model can receive what content (Ringtone, Operator logo, Caller group graphic, Picture message).
The 3310 can receive those items but not send them in direct link mode.
You can therefore use SMS-it to send a picture message to a 3310 by sending the message through the internet or a normal modem.
