SMS-It shows sent, but not receiving messages

Hi;
I am using SMS-It v3. with a Siemens S46 connected via the irDa port. SMS-It is confgiured to use Direct Link, Direct to COM4, 9600 (I tried other speeds, with no success. Also, attempted it through the Siemens S46 windows selection).

When I attempt to send an SMS message, SMS-It is reporting it to be sent successful and moves the message to the Sent folders. However, I am not receiving or the recepient is not reciving their SMS text message. I can succcessfully send SMS text meesage using the GSM mobile phone itself, or with another SMS text software such as SMS-Maker.

Any help or knowledge as to why it appears to reach the Siemens Mobile phone and sent via GSM Provider network would be a great help.

The SMS-It Terminal log reveals the following:-
