I just duplicated the error message I started to receive when it would not send. Here is an excerpt from the System Terminal log (see below). Note, I only got this when I intentionally only used the seven digit phone number (i.e. excluded the area code from the phone number). I hope that this helps. Again, I have tried different formats i.e. as suggested the international format. The area code is (242) prefix is typically 1 the USA)
