SMS-it failing to process the queue

Hi,

I recently purchased the command line version of SMS-it which I am using with a third party Network Monitoring program to send off SMS messages.

I have a problem where sometimes ( maybe once a fortnight) messages that were meant to be sent off are staying in the queue. If I log on to the server and open SMS-it from the start menu the queue begins to send. Is there any way to troubleshoot this behaviour?
