Problems with O2

We are trying to use a Nokia 6230 to send alerts from our Network monitoring. This works well with a Vodafone card but, although it reports the message as being sent with an O2 card, the message never actually arrives. The entries from the Log for the Vodafone call at 11:58 and the O2 call at 12:02 are below. Any suggestions other than using Vodafone? (O2 is the University's preferred supplier!)
