Sorry, but this does not make sense.
Try this:
1) Log in and send a SMS through the interface.
2) Try to send a second SMS from a batch file (same batch file as WhatsUp uses)

If your theory would be right, the second SMS will not be sent...

My recommendation would be to delete the ..\sms-it\messages.db to start with an empty message queue. You need to do this on a regular basis, as the DB can only hold 999 messages.
Then you should check the errors. This can be done in the interface and in the file ..\sms-it\session.log.
Als if you are not running our latest version (3.4.2) I would recommend to download the latest version. We made some improvments in the DB handling, which may help you with your problem.
