SMS-it Proxy Settings - Behind firewall

Hi
We have downloaded evaluation copy of SMS-it and tested. It worked fine using broad band connection. But, when we use SMS-it behind our fire-wall it is throwing “can't resolve hostname to IP address =>(Internet) Clickatell” error. Because, SMS-it is not sending SMS request to clickatell thru our proxy. In fact, there is no proxy configuration setting SMS-it application.

Could you please let us know whether there is any work around to fix this problem ?
