About Pop-UP when when several Msg's are queued

Hello Support,
where calling SMS-IT via the Cmd-Line. I've noticed that sometimes (specially when we have several Msg's in the queue) the SMS-IT "About" window pops-up. We have to click away the Pop-UP by confirming the "OK" otherwise the Msg's will hang in the Msg-Queue. How can we avoid this behaviour.
