COM port error message

Hi,

All of a sudden our SMS It server has stopped working. We were running version 3.4 which I upgraded to version 3.6 to try and fix it...

When I try and send a message via a GSM modem I get he error "There is no compatible mobile phone connecte to the COM port => Standard 9600bps Modem"

I have a GSM modem installed as "Standard 9600bps Modem" it is working fins, I can query it from control panel and I can use a different SMS program to send SMS messages with it.

I am setting SMS-IT to use "Direct Link", I selected my modem @ 9600 and using GSM Alphabet. This used to work.

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling and rebooting. There is nothing wrong with my modem. the server is Windows Server 2003 Standard on a HP DL380 with a Siemens GSM modem.

It seems like SMS-IT has become corrupt somehow.
