iTegno has a Autobaud setting (AT+IPR=0) which solved the problem. However there's a new problem: sending the same SMS via Contact list to two persons doesn't work. The first person receives the SMS, the next person not. It seems that SMS-it sends the second SMS without waiting for the modem to be ready. The terminal shows for the second SMS:
