This is how I think it should work, but I never tested it with TimeMatters. You need to set WhoCalls to PassiveMode before you can enter those settings.
Before you try this, use the ActiveMode and check if the TAPI driver works. Just set WhoCalls to ActiveMode and then call in. WhoCalls should come up with a smiley popup if all is set up OK. Then switch to PassiveMode and use the provided settings.
