New features in 2004

Please find hereunder a summary of the strategy MAW Consulting will follow in 2004.

With our three main products
- Message Server
- SMS-it
- WhoCalls

We have established a sound reputation in the field of CT (Computer Telephony). Our software can be used to receive all sorts of incoming messages (Voice calls, SMS, E-mails) treat them in an computer using IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems and then return outgoing messages through voice, fax, e-mail, SMS and Pager.

In the near future we will have two main objectives:

1) Make our software user-friendlier, for more users to be able to use it
2) Increase the value of our software for more users to buy it

The first objective is an ongoing process where we will continue to listen to our users and improve the look and feel of our products.
The second objective is to ever more expand the features in our products. MMS Support (incl. Polyphonic Ringtones), VBS Support in all products, etc, are just some of the new features we will implement throughout 2004.
Those new features will be free for all our customers to use.
We will in time inform our customers directly by e-mail about those new features available and how to use them.
