Em,
WFP uses its own direct communication to the modem, this is probably the reason it works with WFP and not with WhoCalls.
Please make sure to download the latest modem driver from the web and it should work also with WhoCalls.
Please note also that WhoCalls does not actually answer the call, it will just display the CallerID (With a picture of the calling party).
