Purchase information

Our purchase process is handled by PayPal and ShareIt and the process (sending out license keys) is fully automated. For our records and legal accounting requirements we receive an e-mail with your e-mail and postal address and the product you purchased. We then do not process this data any further.

Support forum

When you leave a post on our support forum, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

SMS

When you send SMS through our portal, we collect all necessary parameters to be able to route the text message to the right destination. This includes your encrypted user ID, your IP address, the choosen sender ID, the SMS text and the date/time of the operation.

Cookies

We do not use cookies.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics for the tracking of anonymous visitor data.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a post, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can use the data as knowledge pool for other users. Purchase information and SMS records will be kept for 10 years for legal requirements.
