>>Can't transfer calls using Fritz Box, SIP, INS, softphones

Hi Marc,

thank you for your quick reply and we have opened and checked those instructions. Not yet successfull.

We decided to try it without Fritz Box: We now have a direct SIP extension number (120) at our main telephone system: Panasonic KX-NCP500 that runs our INS-IVR program.

What is and how do we configure the right DTMF-String using INS ( http://www.ivrsoftware.ch/manual_designer.html#idh_send_dtmf_string ) along with our NCP500 telephone system (and later with an Auerswald COMpact5500R telephony system)?
Do you have experience with this?
Or where do we find that information most quickly?
Is "Transferring a call" a generic, i.e. manufacturer-independent DTMF String?

I have made the following 3 attempts with INS using the SendDTMF module, so far without success: Goal is to let the IVR-INS Script Send DTMF and Transfer the Call to our office phone extension no. 35, when e.g. the no. 32 calls it (ivr on sip extension 120):

1. !35
2. !landLineNumberOfThatPhone
3. R**35R4

Where tests 1. and 2. are inspired by your INS Designer Online Manual @ SendDTMF example and attempt 3. is inspired by the Fritz Box instructions that you have mentioned. 3. also does not work when using one of our Panasonic KX-DT543 normal phones. Maybe "R" is not accepted in these strings for that purpose.

We would be pleased if you could help us with the proper DTMF String used with INS & SIP for a successfull TransferCall instruction to our telephone system(s).

Thanks,
Philipp
