Hello BINOY

I would like to know which are the modem it supports (model & co brand name)internal or external and on which operating system it works,

Just ask your preferred modem supplier for a modem that supports Caller ID. EG USR has quite a few of them.

Any Windows OS

>>As i also have a laptop from Toshiba satellite a135-s4527and the operating system is windows vista, will the software work with the laptop

Yes

>>Here in Mumbai India our telephone co provides only the caller no on the second ring of the in coming call we have dtmf type of service from the service provider.

WhoCalls does not actually detect the CallerID, this is done by the modem driver, which then passes the information on to WhoCalls.
Therefore if you have a modem driver that supports DTMF CallerID, then it will work (Please ask your preferred modem supplier for a modem that supports DTMF Caller ID)

Sincerely
