For this we offer our customers a trial period for them to test the software before they buy ...

Anyway if your modem does not support CallerID the WhoCalls will not work.
For a refund please uninstall all copies of WhoCalls and then send an e-mail to
orders@mawnet.com with the subject REFUND.
As this is an automated process, please be sure to completely uninstall WhoCalls before that.
