Thank you for your message.
Yes you can!
You can use the "Passive mode" of WhoCalls to execute a VBS script whenever a call comes in.
Inside the script you can then call any Web URL, by calling your browser with as parameter the captured Caller ID.

The VBS code to this would look something like this:
set prog = Createobject("Wscript.Shell")
sParam = "http://tel.search.ch/result.html?tel=@CID"
prog.run """C:\Programme\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe""" & sParam,1

Here the variable @CID will then be replaced by the Caller ID detected.
