DDE and missing fields

I set up the program and it records caller ID just fine. Now I'm trying to play with DDE. I want to have the program connect with either "dde on access" or "dde on excel", but neither program starts up as the call comes in.

The instructions that come with the program says I should see:
1) Start if not...
2) EXE path
3) DB path
4) in MS Access, Tools->Macro->Security->Low is not an option. There is no "security->Low" in the Macro menu

Can you help me figure out what's going on? I'm using Windows XP SP2 and Who Calls v.2.1.0
