It is rather unlikely that what you described is caused by our sotware.
All WhoCalls does it to request the TAPI driver of your modem to inform it, when a CallerID is transmitted. WhoCalls does not answer the call, has no link to the actual phone line nor does it anything else.
It definitely does not "block" the calling line ...
If you experience anything like this then please stop imediately using our software and request assistance from your local phone operator.
