Confirm Message Key

Hi, I have been using MSCS v5.2.4 successfully for quite a while. Unfortunately the server that it is running on recently crashed and since then MSCS will not accept or recognise the confirm message key. The key is entered in the Preferences as # and in System.db as 35. Any ideas?
