Hi

Please have a look at the line
[2006/07/27 19:33:36.759] [Fax Channel] Serial port exception : Invalid media mode

The d/4epci apparently can not send faxes, is not available or is wrongly configured.
Try to upen Hyperterminal and connect to the d/4epci. Then try to dial a number.
Does this work ?
