INS MsgServer Hangs on Startup

Hi there,

I am having a problem with the INS server service hanguing on startup.

I am running a clean install of WindowsXP with the MsgServer as a service.

The splash screen comes up and indicates that it has connected to its databases, etc, etc and gets the message saying "Message Service is running" and then hanss. The only way to over come this is to click on the "Cancel Start-up" button which closes the splash screen and reviels a message saying MsgServer.exe "Unexpected error occured. Contact MAW support." So here I am!
