Once again thank u for your email, i await asap your specification, confirmation that MSCS is fully compatibile with the TR1100, once your in recipte of it.


Q1: Your script Generator seems to be written so that call transfer use's an alternative line, other than that which the caller called in on, 2lines, , this in effect posses a problem for us, as we dont wont caller's tieing up all avalilbe lines, We know from brooktrout that the vantage card can direct calls down the same line if using a pbx system, but that they say's this depends on yr script generator (MSCS). Any suggestion pls.
