We found INS (Integrated Notification System) and we have downloaded free evaluation software and have been in testing the software
We are planning to purchase this software but prior to this
I would like to share few queries which we would like to have

The query is as follows:
We have configured the INS software and we are in the process of scripting, what we would like to do is when some body calls to our line.
It should ask for the authentication ID which we provided to them if this ID is authenticated then the further process should start
We would appreciate if you can assist us by providing few example scripts including the one we require

Note: we have gone through few scripts provided in help manual but we couldn’t figure-out our required script for authentication.
