Thank you for your message.
Yes this is quite easy to be implemented through INS.
You my even decide to use a database (EG MsAccess or Excel) and store your client ID and the associated text in this database instead of INS.
May I recommend you to download our evaluation copy from www.mawnet.com/ins.zip
There are a couple of samples that show more or less what you want to achieve. For instance have a look at the c:\ins\samples\voice scripts\SMS-on-demand sample.
Once you have familiarized yourself with INS let us know and we may assist you with the configuration of INS to implement your requirements.
