INS as Service with MAPI w Exchange 2007

Hello,

We run INS on a 2008 Server. It is configured to utilize MAPI for incoming mail. Outlook is configured with an Exchange 2007 server.
Right now we are interactively logged on to the server and need to have both INS and Outlook opened to make it work.
Because of new security regulations we need to be logged of from the server. So both INS and Outlook should run as a Service.
I have tried in the past, and found out that INS works as a service. Unfortunately Outlook does not play nice! Does anybody have advice on how to make this work?
