How to use 2 mobile phone to send SMS messages

Hi
1. I'd like to send SMS message by 2 mobile phone, because i need to send it to 2 mobile operators. If i send all messages by one operator then cost to other operator is very high. How to make it ?
2. How to add new GSM network operator in "SMS message" module (Send Logo). Here have new GSM operator but he is not in this listing.
